Course Completion Certificate
When you finish the course, and pass the final quizzes with a satisfactory score, you will be provided a course completion certificate which you can use to validate and verify your participation in an accredited training program. This completion certificate can be useful in satisfying CEU or PDU requirements for other certifications you may possess and for meeting HR skills update requirements.

Are there any pre-requisites to taking the PMP exam?
Yes, based on the Project Management Institute’s requirements, any candidate must submit their project management and education experience for verification and acceptance prior to scheduling their examination.
In summary the requirements for eligibility are:
- Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
- 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
- 35 hours of project management education OR CAPM certification

My organization uses PRINCE2, do I still need to study for the PMP and use the Project Management Body of Knowledge?
Absolutely. As a methodology, PRINCE2 COMPLEMENTS OTHER KNOWLEDGE-BASED PROJECT-MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS. Whereas PMBoK details the different skills and knowledge a project manager needs, PRINCE2 provides an easy-to- follow method. Both frameworks compliment each other.
Many organizations leverage best practices from both to increase the likelihood that their projects will be successful.
When does the course start and finish?
Depending on the delivery model selected. The course itself consists of 4 days of instructor led training. The course scheduled are published and agreed to on the shared calendar.
Class times typically run from 8:30 – 4:30 daily.
The self-paced learning portion of the course contains approximately 3 days of instruction and individual study time. You are free to take this course based on your needs and at your own pace.
You have 90 days to access the course. The videos and the courseware are available 24×7 for your convenience.
During the course you will have an opportunity to interact with your instructor through live stream sessions held during our ‘office hours’ as well as send email through the in course email system.
How long do I have access to the course?
You may purchase 90 day access to this course only. The course will be available 24×7 during that time frame.

Does the price include the cost of the certification?
No, unfortunately with the PMP exam, learners must submit their experience and education requirements to PMI. www.pmi.org
Once you have submitted your experience, you will be notified that you are an eligible candidate. You can then decide if you want to become a member of PMI and purchase their membership or if you would like to purchase the test as a stand alone event.
What is the cost of the certification exam?
The certification exam can be purchased from the PMI. Certification costs will vary depending on whether the candidate is a member of PMI or not.
PMI members can purchase the exam for $405.00 USD
Non-members can purchase the exam for $555.00.00
Does your organization offer this course in a 'live' format?
Yes, we have a number of options which are available if your organization has the need for some classroom training.
Option 1 – Public Course
Occasionally, we will offer public courses where learners can sign up an attend if they happen to be in the area or would like to travel to join our class. This class is a 3 day instructor led course and a paper based exam is administered at the end of the course.
Just think, you are only 3 days away from being ITIL 4 Foundation certified!
Option 2 – Virtual Course
We offer instructor led courses covering the same material but in a dynamic format which can focus more more on individual learners needs. This is typically done over a 3 day period with a virtual exam voucher provided at the end of class.
Option 3 – Onsite Course
If your organization has several people that need to become ITIL 4 Foundation certified, we can provide an instructor to come to your facility and provide instruction over a three day period. At the end of the class, an paper based exam will be administered.
In each of the options listed above, learners will be given access to the site and will be able to view the training videos, the courseware, and the test engines prior to the start of class to give them a bit of a running start.
