Our Story
Having worked in the IT Training Industry for over a decade, we have helped thousands of students accomplish their learning and certification goals. During this time, we have listened to our customers and the challenges they face when trying to access the training and education they need to succeed in their careers.
Customers have been concerned about a number of issues including:
- Cost prohibitive training (many courses can cost thousands of dollars per student to attend)
- Organizational and individual training needs are not met because of availability of funding
- Lack of local training options
- Travel costs to attend training are prohibitive
- Provider training schedules are created and maintained to maximize their profitability, not the needs of the learner
- Classes are cancelled at the last minute due to low enrollment
- People sit in classes for days on end; learn many new things only to be unable to apply any of the concepts once they return to the work environment
- Learners have stated that the quality of the instruction from other training providers was poor (Instructors were difficult to follow, simply read the slides word for word, or were not engaging)
We have heard these comments through our engagements with organizations and with individual learners over the years and designed a company from the ground up to address each of the concerns. Best Practice Training has leveraged our knowledge of the training industry, advances in technology, relationships with certification bodies and a different approach to facilitating your training needs.
Our company uses the very principles we teach to provide “training as a service”. You get the knowledge and access to the skills you need for an affordable price in a fun and engaging way making the most of your training budget and your time.
