Refund Policy

Best Practice Training is committed to provide the highest quality instruction available. We want to ensure that we make excited Customers and look forward to opportunities to assist with their future educational needs.

 

Refund request before the start of the course:

* You may request a refund for the course you purchased only if you have not started any of the training.

After the start of the course:

* Once the course has started, refunds will not issued.

  

Course Cancellation Policy

One of the training options we offer at Best Practice Training is the delivery of training in a public forum, onsite at a Customer’s location and courses that are instructor led and are virtual.

For courses that are delivered in person either in a public course or onsite, Best Practice Training will work to reschedule any purchased course if the course does not run as schedule for any reason. Best Practice Training will make every effort to work with Customer’s to get them the training they need in a time that is mutually agreed.

In the event that a course cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued to the Customer for the price of the course.
