During the Covid 19 pandemic, many organizations have struggled to remain viable. More organizations than ever before are leveraging video conferencing tools to keep in touch with each other and to enable teams to continue to collaborate.
On one hand, this technology has been very beneficial, on the other, people have come to associate a video conference (especially virtual training sessions) with boring slide shows, awkward silences, poor audio and little to no interactivity.
We have used this global emergency as an opportunity to go into the lab, develop new technologies and come up with exciting ways to leverage existing technologies and workflows to re-invent how virtual training is delivered. We believe that this research and development has enabled us to provide a much more engaging and entertaining learning experience.
